Job Description
We are APEC Homes, seeking a dedicated Government Liaison/Messenger to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle the processing of documents and permits through various government agencies. Responsibilities include applying for and securing permits and effectively organizing and filing necessary requirements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Communication, or related fields, with experience in dealing with government agencies being a significant advantage. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
The position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, and offers full-time, permanent employment with various employee benefits.
