Job Description
Monitor all vehicles with trip in day to day operations.
Accurately track Drivers with violations in progress.
Records all relevant information seen on GPS map using the GPS monitoring reports.
Identify and escalate requests/incidents that require urgent attention.
Coordinates the status and responding the emergency situations.
Answering phone calls, text inquiries, and emails.
Can perform other related tasks.
