Job Description
- Monitor all vehicles with trips in day-to-day operations.
- Accurately track drivers with violations in progress.
- Record all relevant information seen on GPS map using the GPS monitoring reports.
- Identify and escalate requests/incidents that require urgent attention.
- Coordinate the status and respond to emergency situations.
- Answer phone calls, text inquiries, and emails.
- Perform other related tasks.
