Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Graduate Admissions Supervisor at Ateneo de Manila University. As the Graduate Admissions Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the admissions process for our graduate programs.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team of admissions officers and ensuring the smooth operation of the admissions process. You will also need to be familiar with the university’s admissions criteria and policies to ensure compliance.
Your duties will include evaluating applications, reviewing transcripts, coordinating interviews, and making recommendations for acceptance or denial. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining confidential student records and providing support and guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has previous experience in admissions, preferably at the graduate level. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also essential.
