Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a well-experienced Team Leader to enhance the operation of our all-day-dining restaurant. Embracing the #LivingGrand philosophy, you will ensure exceptional service delivery and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings, and training sessions. Your role will involve maintaining effective communication between kitchen and service areas while monitoring food and beverage quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or high-quality restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Passionate about working with people.
