Job Description
Join Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. as a Graphics Assistant! You will support graphic project managers with essential administrative tasks and create preliminary files for various projects.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT), following Philippine holidays.
Position Type: Full Time, Remote
Essential Functions:
- Set up template files in Adobe Illustrator
- Create production-proof files in Adobe InDesign
- Assemble layouts for graphic vendors
- Utilize Exhibit Force and SharePoint
- Communicate effectively regarding project statuses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic skills in Adobe software
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
