Job Description
1. Set up machinery for operation.
2. Start machinery and make adjustments when necessary.
3. Operate machinery according to instructions & check visually or with measuring instruments.
4. Perform measurements using specified equipment.
5. Perform basic machine troubleshooting.
6. Check finish products & compare with requirements.
7. Comply with safety regulations.
8. Check and maintain machinery daily.
9. Follow work priorities and perform assigned tasks.
10. Clean machinery and work area regularly.
11. Check materials before production.
12. Self-check all processed products for quality assurance.
13. Report problems to immediate superior.
14. Propose process improvement activities.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
