Job Description
The Grounds Officer is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of outdoor spaces within the organization’s premises. Duties include landscaping, gardening, and overseeing overall aesthetics of the grounds.
Key responsibilities include regular inspections to identify areas that need attention, coordinating with external vendors for landscaping projects, and ensuring proper waste management practices.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of horticulture practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
