Job Description
Hausland Estate Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeping Officer. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of BS Agriculture with a major in Horticulture or a related field.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, waste disposal, and coordinating with subcontractors. You will handle job requests, maintain records, and manage billing processes. Regular performance evaluations and progress reporting are also part of the role.
This is a full-time position offering benefits like paid training and pay raises. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, including supplemental pay such as a 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
