Job Description
Primary Function:
Coordinates with Supervisor on activities relative to:
- The preparation of production line and material requisition needed on the line
- Assigned line workers on their task
- Monitors assembly operations
- Collects OPR and summarizes shift performance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures availability of 3M (man, material, and machine) at shift start
- Check and monitor operator’s attendance & punctuality
- Monitor operator’s productivity periodically
- Oversee shift operations, focusing on target output, quality, and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php13,500.00 per month
Benefits: Transportation service provided
Schedule: 12-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate: Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
