Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of at least a 4-year course.
- Computer literate.
- At least 2 years of background as a Production Group Leader / Line Leader.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge in using computer (office application).
- English speaking is an advantage.
- Can interface with customers.
Functions:
- Monitor and control the production line or module to ensure the availability of required personnel and resources, perform the production activities on a day-to-day basis, and meet the target output, standard time, yield, group efficiency, quality, and LAR consistently.
- Prepare daily reports on line performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:
- Biñan City, Laguna (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Biñan City, Laguna: Relocate before starting work (Required)
