Job Description
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite in Bridgetowne Quezon City
Salary: P80,00 – P100,00 per month
Requirements:
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- 5+ years of travel training experience in a TMC
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Hands-on experience with tools like Articulate and Canva
- Working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport)
Responsibilities: Strategically align training with business goals, evaluate performance, identify training needs, develop and deliver training solutions, manage resources and technologies.
