The Groups & Meetings Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of group and meeting arrangements. This includes liaising with clients, organizing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
Key responsibilities include assisting in developing meeting plans, coordinating meeting spaces and technology needs, and providing on-site support during events. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for success in this role.
