Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Operations Specialist based in San Fernando, Pampanga. Schedule: six days per week with a Saturday half-day (08:00–14:00).
Key responsibilities: execute commercial campaigns, calculate commissions, produce performance and segmentation reports, manage mass communications and collections, and design sales development strategies.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing preferred); strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills; conversational English; minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, fintech, insurance, or logistics; willingness to travel.
- Desirable: familiarity with statistics and AI, and proficiency in Python or Power BI.
- Compensation: Php50,00–70,00 monthly; benefits include company car, life insurance, additional leave, and parking.
