Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with company goals.
- Optimize acquisition channels for maximum ROI.
- Analyze user experience for improvements.
- Improve customer retention strategies.
- Promote new features through marketing strategies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and use of data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity for innovative marketing strategies.
Additional Notes:
- Work with India’s leading bus transport technology company.
- Onsite, Monday to Friday setup.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License and own car required.
