Job Description
An airline ticketing and reservation agent is responsible for managing customer inquiries and reservations for flights.
Responsibilities
- Assists clients with flight quotations and concerns
- Processes changes to reservations
- Issues tickets through the Airline Reservations system
- Supports check-in counter agents at the airport
- Prepares sales reports and collection reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Open to flexible hours and shifts
- Previous GDS experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to be stationed at the airport
