Job Description
Royce Hotel and Casino is seeking a motivated Guest Relation Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong understanding of our hotel and the surrounding area, ensuring VIP guests receive personalized attention and support.
Key responsibilities include efficiently managing guest complaints, overseeing VIP arrivals and departures, completing pre-registration processes, and soliciting guest feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field is required, along with prior experience in the hospitality sector being highly desirable.
