Job Description
- Responsible for greeting and assisting guests on arrival.
- In-Charge in administering check-in and check-out.
- Provide guests with hotel service information.
- Accommodate guests during their stay.
- Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures.
- Guests service agents coordinate with housekeeping, porters, transport providers, and kitchen staff to meet guests requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in hotel industry.
- Preferably with a certificate or diploma in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
