Job Description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have during their stay.
Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required for this role.
