Job Description
This position oversees the Front Office Department to deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Desired qualifications:
- Prior pre-opening and Accor experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to uphold service standards in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS software is a plus.
