Job Description
STI College Sta. Rosa is seeking a Guidance Associate RPm to join their team.
Qualification:
- Candidate must hold a degree in BS Psychology or BS Guidance and Counseling.
- Preferably RPm, RGC certified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Thorough understanding of assessments and aptitude tests.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with individuals of all backgrounds and ages.
- Capable of collaborating with various personalities.
- Relevant experience in a school setting is advantageous, but Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
