Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and expertise in planning, organizing, and directing guidance and counseling services.
- Develop and maintain record-keeping systems while ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Supervise staff of the Guidance and Testing Office.
- Organize orientation programs for incoming students.
- Assist graduates with job placement and career monitoring.
- Perform duties as assigned by College authorities.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- MA/MS in Guidance and Counseling with PRC License
- Five years of guidance and counseling experience
Job Type: Full-time
