Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guidance Counselor to join our team. As a Guidance Counselor, you will be responsible for providing academic, career, and personal/social development support to students.
Your main duties will include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assisting students in developing academic plans, and working closely with teachers and parents to address students’ needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or related field
- State certification as a Guidance Counselor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
