Job Title: Gym Instructor
Job Role:
- Develop and implement initial exercise programs for clients.
- At least with experience or relevant.
- Conduct basic fitness testing.
- Promote gym classes, products, and services.
- Assist members in performing exercises correctly.
- Provide technique advice and alternative exercises.
- Teach classes (qualification dependent).
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
Personal Criteria:
- Available weekday mornings/evenings and some weekend mornings.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about sports, health, and fitness.
Skills Needed:
- Positive and outgoing attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using information technology for various purposes.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- Awareness and understanding of safeguarding practices and policies.
