Job Description
The Hair Wellness Salon Head oversees the store’s operations and personnel, ensuring effective administration to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales targets are met and motivate staff.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory and prepare necessary store reports.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- 1 year experience in the salon industry with blow-drying skills.
- Computer literate.
Location: SM Lanang, Davao
