Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, construction management, business administration, or a related discipline
- With at least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry (horizontal projects), particularly in property handover roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, property development, and building codes and standards
- Familiar with quality control and assurance processes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
- Magalang, Pampanga (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Magalang, Pampanga: Relocate before starting work (Required)
