Job Description
As a Hard Ticket Purchase Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their ticket purchase needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth ticketing process.
You will be required to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the ticket purchase process, provide guidance on ticket availability, and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
