Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Consultant to join our team. As an HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in implementing and optimizing their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
Your main responsibilities will include configuring and customizing HCM software to meet clients’ specific business needs, conducting training sessions to improve end-user proficiency, and troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their HR processes and align them with industry best practices.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of HCM principles and practices, along with extensive experience in implementing HCM software solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python is highly desirable.
