Job Description
Job Summary
The HCM Liaison Specialist at Belo Medical Group, Inc. is responsible for managing transactions between the company and government agencies. This role includes efficiently handling the transportation of documents, packages, and materials within and outside the Human Capital Management Department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivery and pick up of items from various departments and external offices
- Assist in organizing departmental documents
- Manage employee documents, loans, and reports for PAGIBIG, SS, and Philhealth
- Transmit documents for HCM transactions
- Oversee company uniforms and assets
Job Qualifications
- Educational Background – High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Must have a motorcycle license
