Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise baristas.
- Develop and implement new menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar.
- Manage inventory.
- Create staff schedules.
- Handle transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 3-5 years of barista experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php16,00 – Php18,00/month
