Job Description
Join our team at Highlander Coffee as a Head Barista! We are looking for candidates with advanced coffee skills, including expertise in brewing, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Experience: Several years as a barista with Leadership experience.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to handle complaints effectively.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and train new staff.
- Organizational Skills: Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Mining Angeles City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
