Job Description
Responsibilities
- Train and supervise other baristas, including providing guidance on brewing techniques and customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for barista staff
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to coffee bar operations
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related course
- 3-5 years of barista experience, some in a supervisory role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective team communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
