Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, creativity in menu planning, and strong leadership skills to manage a high-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency in dishes, managing inventory and kitchen operations, and training staff members. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a culinary degree is required.
