Job Description
50% – Kitchen Leadership: Responsible for quick and quality delivery of menu items, leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
30% – Purchasing, costing, reconciliation: Manage kitchen stock, dish costing, and bill reconciliation.
20% – Kitchen management, hygiene & quality control: Ensure kitchen cleanliness, uphold hygiene standards, and staff training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead kitchen team during grand opening and beyond.
- Manage kitchen operations and staff supervision for a seamless dining experience.
- Handle inventory, supply ordering, and maintain food safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as Head Chef with Western cuisine expertise.
- Passionate leader for a brand-new opening team.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Commitment to Mad Monkey’s ethos of fun, adventure, and social responsibility.
