Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in reputable establishments
- With a Culinary degree or equivalent culinary certification is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fully understands by heart the food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent with people management and time management
- Must be customer-oriented
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Can research, develop, and execute unique and creative dishes for the restaurant
- Flexible and can work together with the Management Team for special promotions and event menus
- Proficient in MS Office and has a strong background on F&B/Restaurant Service, Menu Planning and Costing
- Can conduct trainings
