Job Description
The Chef De Cuisine position is responsible for supervising kitchen personnel, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
This role involves supporting the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef in achieving divisional goals aimed at maximizing guest satisfaction.
Your Experience and Skills Include:
- 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in Asian & Korean Cuisine.
