Job Description

• Menu Development: Collaborate with management to develop and refine menu items, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality dishes that meet our brand standards.
• Food Preparation: Lead the preparation and cooking of all menu items according to recipes and specifications, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.
• Kitchen Management: Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, proper cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to monitor food freshness, taste, and presentation, and take corrective action as needed to maintain standards.
• Ordering and Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures to optimize kitchen operations while maintaining quality standards and profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and address any customer concerns or complaints regarding food quality or service.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
