Position Title: Collections MIS Officer

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the production of regular and ad-hoc Management Information (MI) reports of Collections. Conduct studies, portfolio analysis, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and assist in projects.
Role Exposure:
- Information and data analytics, systems testing, and development
- Data manipulation and report generation
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Statistics or Mathematics with SAS software knowledge
- 2 years experience in statistical reports in financial institutions, especially in credit card companies or banks
- Proficient in SAS programming and Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with collection systems like PRIME and Tallyman
