Job Description

The Head of Accounting, Finance & Compliance is a key position in our upscale group of high-end restaurants. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO and be responsible for managing the food and beverage business units in Central Visayas and the NCR, Philippines.
Work Location: Pasay City
Salary & Inclusions: PHP 250,00(negotiable), 13th month Pay, Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, Birthday Leave, Birthday Gift Check, HMO Inpatient/Outpatient Care, Clothing Allowance, Company Vehicle or Car Plan, Education Assistance for up to 2 children
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in accounting, financial management or equivalent, preferably a CPA, post graduate studies will be considered
- Proven leadership capabilities with at least 10 years of working experience in a senior accounting, finance, and compliance management role, expert level on fund and investment management, revenue and growth, strategic planning and enterprise risk management
- Proven performance in reputable upscale food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, fast growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded
- Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high-level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expenses
- Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations; development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity; excellent motivator and communicator
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PHP 220,00.00 – PHP 250,00.00 per month
