Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Commercial Travel Sellers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our travel partners, ensuring the growth and success of our commercial travel business.
Your main responsibilities will include negotiating and securing agreements with travel sellers, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. You will also lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial travel sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and market awareness
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Travel industry knowledge and network of contacts is highly desirable
