Job Description
Job Summary: Manage credit card fraud for Metrobank App and Online, overseeing KPIs and fraud risk controls for cards and loans. Monitor tools like Falcon and optimize new systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in fraud management, MS Office proficiency, preferred background in Falcon System, and credit card knowledge.
Location: 100% Onsite – MCC, Ayala Ave, Makati City
