Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our company as the Head of HR. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and satisfaction. In addition, you will play a key role in planning and executing organizational development initiatives and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
