Job Description
The Head of Key Accounts is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role involves leading a team of account managers, creating and implementing strategic plans to maintain and expand business with key clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise.
