About the Job
The Head of Litigation and Remedial Management is responsible for supervising Bank Lawyers and Paralegals regarding cases involving the Bank, managing Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), and providing legal advisory services to various units.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report to Board and Bank Committees
- Handle cases filed by and against the Bank
- Supervise work of direct reports
- Participate in the CODE Hearing Committee
- Manage remedial actions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor
- Experienced Litigation Lawyer with at least 10 years in banking or litigation
- Strong analytical, communication, and research skills
