Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) systems. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the MEP/FP engineering team, develop and enforce engineering standards, and create innovative solutions. This role involves managing project budgets and schedules while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders and mentoring engineering staff.
