Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth within the modern trade channel.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, negotiating terms and conditions to optimize mutual business outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats and formulate appropriate action plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  • Drive the implementation of sales training programs to enhance the capabilities and skills of the sales team.
