Job Description
- Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets in Luzon and Visayas Area to meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for providing functional leadership.
- Responsible for the implementation of best operating practices, standards, processes, and specifications.
- To drive operations strategies to help meet the country’s agreed priorities.
- Accountable for planning, organizing, and implementing.
- Prepares plans and budgets.
- Directs and controls the operation resources.
- Plans and directs the development and maintenance of the operations facilities.
- Implements Operational strategies to ensure the business delivers the Product Service Offerings (PSOs) in full and on time.
- Responsible for providing functional leadership to the area of operation.
- Ensures the sustainability of ISO 900 accreditation of accredited production sites.
Required key skills
- Conflict management experience.
- Good grasp of and ability to apply production management, supply chain and distribution concepts and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility in using different approaches to influence behaviors from staff at various levels.
- Skills in cryogenic plant operations and maintenance, organizational and management skills.
- At least 8-10 years in a related industrial environment to include experience of safety management and maintenance systems in Management capacity.
- At least 7 years experience in Managerial position in the field of Operations and Maintenance of chemical, industrial gases and manufacturing set-up.
- Licensed Mechanical or Chemical Engineer.
