Job Description
OutChain Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our warehousing and logistics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Qualifications include:
- Proven success managing large-scale warehousing operations.
- Experience in nationwide warehousing.
- Ability to implement process improvements and technology solutions.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php120,00.00 – Php200,00.00/month
