Job Description
As the Head of People Service Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function related to service delivery and employee experience. Your primary role will be to optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services across the organization.
You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset. Prior experience in service delivery and people management is highly desirable.
