Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of S2P Direct NA. As the Head of S2P Direct NA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all strategic sourcing to payment activities for our North American region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure the availability of goods and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
- Leading negotiations with vendors to secure favorable contracts and terms
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection to contract management and performance evaluation
- Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
